Electronic Registrar Online

This online system allows for electronic tracking of all professional development offered within the district and provides teachers access to an electronic record of all of their completed professional development. As a result, staff are aware of their standing in the structure of continuing education, and principals are able to monitor staff progress. While district office staff is able to view and enter professional development hours, they do not track the number of hours earned.

It is the teacher's responsibility to notify Human Resources as soon as he/she has sufficient hours/units for salary advancement. This notification must be made by providing a printed copy of your ERO transcript to Human Resources. ERO does not notify Human Resources when a teacher earns hours/units. While Human Resources can view the hours/units for each teacher, they are not able to monitor the account for every teacher in the district.
